CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE
- Changes and cancellations will be accepted until three days prior to the original delivery date.
- LROOM BOUTIQUE will charge a 15% cancellation fee.
- It does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled after acceptance seven (7) days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Father's Day or Mother's Day (because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times).
- No exceptions to LROOM’S cancellation policy. Any change or cancellation request must be notified via email.
- No changes or cancellations are accepted over the phone.
FRESH FLOWER PRODUCTS CAN NOT BE RETURNED
- But, if there is a issues with the product , please take photos and send us a email in 6 hours after the product is received with order numbers and explaination.
- we will evaluate the case and reply you in 24 hours. If there is a quality issue we will schedule a pick up of the product , and delivery a new product to you when pick up.
- Flower quality issues that cause by any non-normal use, and wrong caring can not be returned. With no quality issues , return request due to personal opinion and taste is not accepted.
- Due to wrong delivery informaion (address, photo number, etc) , the return request will not be accepted.
- Exceed the return request time, return will not be accepted. you have 6 hours to report a issue after the flower is delivered
